I don’t know about the majority of people out there but how I feel when I walk into a place, how my time unfolds while there and how I feel when I walk out the door all greatly influence if I will return.
I have noticed, since trying to become more aware of my surroundings, that the more positive energy I can pick up on in a location or during an encounter with another person the more likely I am to want to interact with that person or that environment again.
Over the last while I have been asked several times where I turned to for weight loss, for nutritional advice and for help maintaining the drive to continue with my physical endeavours. I figure the best and easiest way to pass on that information is to put links to those places and those people on here. Even though I may or may not be utilizing the services anymore this has all helped me in my journey in various forms of encouragement, support, training or advice. I will be adding to this page as I continue to meet and change my goals.
All I can do is encourage you, if you’re looking, to find what works for you. Just because a t-shirt feels great on me doesn’t mean it won’t make you itch. Find the place that will influence your return because it is when we return time after time and put in the needed work that we truly begin to see results.
